I work very carefully  and add multiple layers of protection to ensure your items arrive safe and are not broken.  If, however, items do arrive broken, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your package with photos and a description of the damage so that I can replace anything that was damaged.

 Pixalated Vs Full Melt

 A pixalated melt is similar to the top bow- you can see the individual beads and the bow has a more retro, 8 bit, pixel look.  A full melt is like the bow on the bottom.  The colors are melted together giving it a more blended look.  If you have a preference on your melt, please don't hesitate to contact us and let us know.
